Think Mobile Solutions offers Free Shipping on all orders within the United States, which includes Alaska, Hawaii, Guam and Puerto Rico. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground, depending on the weight of the package. Other shipping options such as 3rd Day, 2nd Day and Overnight shipping are available at an additional cost.


The shipping rate for orders shipped to Canada is a flat rate of $6.95. Orders to Canada may be shipped via USPS or UPS, depending on weight and are subject to customs fees, duties and taxes which are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping fees for returned orders are not refundable.

Other Countries

Orders shipped to countries outside the United States will be charged $6.95 for the first item and $2.00 per additional item. Think Mobile Solutions ships to the following countries:

Processing Time:

Most orders are processed within 24 hours (Mon-Fri). Think Mobile Solutions does not process orders on Saturdays or Sundays. Some orders may not be processed for 2-3 days because of billing verification procedures. If Think Mobile Solutions is not able to fully verify your billing information, your order will be cancelled and an e-mail will be sent stating that your order could not be processed. Think mobile Solutions reserves the right to deny orders at its sole discretion.

Please be aware that processing time is not the same as delivery time. The delivery time of any order includes the processing time plus the shipping time.

Please review the Think Mobile Solutions Return and Warranty Policy before completing the steps below. Some items may not qualify for return and others may be covered by the original manufacturer. Think Mobile Solutions offers a 15 day return policy on most items, excluding CDs/software, and certain one-time use items such as screen protectors and antenna boosters.

Returning an item to Think Mobile Solutions is easy as 1-2-3. Just follow these three steps:

  1. Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number from Customer Service by contacting us using our Contact Form, by telephone (800-306-0081) or by e-mail ( When requesting an RMA # please have the following information ready: your order number, item being returned, reason for return, phone model and whether the request is for an exchange, refund or replacement
  2. Complete the Think Mobile Solutions Return Form, which can be downloaded here: Think Mobile Solutions Return Form

  3. Send back the item(s) with the Think Mobile Solutions Return Form, making sure the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the package. Customers returning items under the 6 month warranty policy must include a check for $3.95 for return shipping. Send returns to:
